Alpine Group celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 with a series of meaningful initiatives across Egypt, Jordan, China, and Vietnam - reaffirming its commitment to equity, wellbeing, and the empowerment of women throughout the organisation.
In Egypt, Alex Apparels hosted a transformative retreat focused on mindfulness, confidence-building, and team connection. In Jordan, United Creations rolled out a multi-day programme promoting health and economic empowerment, featuring free health screenings, wellness support, and a vibrant bazaar showcasing women’s creativity and entrepreneurship.
In China, Paradise Textiles launched Her Power Week, celebrating women’s voices through storytelling, peer recognition, and creative expression. Meanwhile in Vietnam, Alpine Creations teams showed appreciation through gifts and flowers - a sentiment also celebrated on Vietnamese Women’s Day in October.
A standout moment came from Egypt, where Alex Apparels produced a short film following the story of a young woman building her career in the garment industry. Featuring real employees, the video captures the ambition and resilience of the women transforming our factories and communities.
But beyond celebration, the day also served as a call to action. Across the group, Alpine is driving long-term progress through key initiatives:
“At Alpine, women’s empowerment is woven into every part of how we operate, said Clare Woodford, VP of Sustainability and Impact.
“International Women’s Day is more than a moment of recognition - it reflects our commitment to building a workplace where every woman, in every role and location, can thrive.”
