Alpine Group marked International Women’s Day 2026 with coordinated activations across Egypt, Jordan, China, Vietnam and Bangladesh, recognising the women who drive our business forward and reinforcing our commitment to inclusion and wellbeing across our global operations.
At the heart of this year’s celebrations was the launch of “Celebrating the Women of Alpine,” our global recognition initiative inviting employees to nominate female colleagues who make a difference every day. Through peer nominations, women across our business were celebrated in a global communication, shining a light on those who embody our values.
While International Women’s Day is a global moment of reflection, across Alpine we brought this to life through local activations that celebrated contribution, connection and community.
In Egypt, Alex Apparels combined recognition with long-term action through the launch of our “Give to Gain” programme, a year-long initiative focused on supporting employees across education, health and mental wellbeing. Team members across both office and factory roles were recognised with appreciation gifts, each accompanied by personalised messages as part of “Her Impact, in Our Words.” These messages, written by colleagues, captured real moments of support, leadership and encouragement, turning recognition into something personal, visible and lasting.

In Jordan, United Creations brought together employees from both administrative and operational roles for a dedicated celebration, where women were recognised with flowers and mugs alongside a thank-you address acknowledging the role they play in driving the business forward.

In China, Paradise Textiles marked the occasion under its “A Red Flower for You” theme, with employees receiving appreciation packs and thank-you cards, along with flowers as a symbol of respect and recognition. Wellness activities, including fitness and Pilates sessions, encouraged a focus on self-care and overall wellbeing.

In Vietnam, Alpine Creations hosted a small gathering with refreshments alongside the presentation of flowers, creating a moment of shared appreciation in line with local traditions of celebrating women twice annually.

In Bangladesh, Dynamic Creations brought teams together through a structured programme featuring management remarks and experience-sharing from female colleagues, with women recognised through flowers, gift cards and chocolates to celebrate their role within the workplace.

Together, these initiatives reflect a simple but important message: Building an inclusive workplace is not defined by a single day, but by sustained action that supports, recognises and empowers women across our business.
