August 2025 - United Creations, Alpine Group’s manufacturing hub in Jordan, is pioneering a new era of payroll with EyePay® by IrisGuard, a cutting-edge digital salary system powered by iris recognition technology. With just a quick scan, workers can securely access their wages instantly, without the need for bank accounts, PINs, or cards.

For many employees, especially those in regions like Jordan where access to traditional banking is limited, EyePay® isa game-changer. Unbanked workers often face risks such as wage theft, delayed payments, or high transaction fees when relying on cash-based systems. By providing a secure, direct way to access wages, EyePay® empowers workers with financial independence and peace of mind.

The rollout is already delivering results. As of mid-August 2025, 49% of United Creations’ production floor has adopted EyePay®,with full adoption targeted by the end of the year.
