United Creations has successfully completed its Friends of the Police training program, an initiative designed to strengthen safety awareness and emergency preparedness across the workplace.

Delivered on site in partnership with local police authorities, the program brought together employees for a series of interactive training sessions focused on practical safety and emergency response skills.

The training included participants from the Security, Medical and Psychological Support teams. Sessions covered emergency response procedures, first aid fundamentals, drug awareness and effective workplace communication.

The program was designed to build confidence and preparedness among teams responsible for supporting employee wellbeing and responding to potential incidents on site. By equipping staff with practical knowledge and response strategies, the initiative strengthens United Creations’ ability to maintain a safe and supportive working environment for its workforce.

The training concluded with a graduation and certificate ceremony in January, recognizing participants’ successful completion of the program and their commitment to fostering a safer and more resilient workplace.

Programs such as this form part of UnitedCreations’ ongoing efforts to support employee wellbeing while reinforcing a strong culture of safety across its operations.
