September 2025 - United Creations, Alpine Group’s manufacturing hub in Jordan, had the honor of welcoming H.E. Khaled Al-Bakkaar, Minister of Labor, to its factory in Al-Dulayl, Zarqa. The visit, which also included the Governor of Zarqa and senior officials from the Ministry of Labor, underscored the vital role of the private sector in supporting Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision.
During the two-hour tour on September 17, His Excellency engaged with factory management and employees, emphasizing the importance of expanding employment opportunities for Jordanians. As a first step, United Creations reached an initial agreement with the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) to train 150–200 young Jordanians, who will later join the company as full-time employees.
With 1,762 Jordanians already employed at its main facility, United Creations is proud to be one of the largest employers in the country’s garment industry. This new initiative reflects both the government’s commitment to fostering a safe, supportive investment environment and United Creations’ mission to create meaningful, long-term opportunities for local communities.
The visit also highlighted the value of collaboration between government and industry in strengthening Jordan’s economy, with a shared focus on job creation, skills development, and empowering the next generation of Jordanian talent.
