We believe in forming the perfect marriage between innovation and sustainability. This belief led our 2001 venture of opening the first environmentally sustainable apparel factory in Jordan. Our facilities focus on limiting the electricity and energy resources waste, along with prioritizing being paperless. We provide our customers with guilt-free clothing – creating fabrics from recycled materials and natural resources and packaging without excess waste. Because of this, we are recognized as one of the manufacturing leaders of eco-friendly practices – sustainability is a principle that we prioritize and hold very closely to our hearts.
Employees form the crux of our company, they are at the center of everything that we do. Recognizing that our employees are vital to our growth, we too want to play a role in theirs. We accept nothing but the highest standards of enrichment through providing our employees with training and development opportunities. Our employees are given the opportunity of continuing their education with on-site reading and writing classes. We aim to create a culture that fosters creativity and builds enjoyment, which is enabled through having dance and hair dressing classes, movie screenings and table tournaments.
Considering that we create a majority of our products for women, we are intensely dedicated to promoting the empowerment of women. Our initiative in cultivating women’s empowerment stems from within and out of the workplace. Within the workplace, we strive in offering opportunities in employment and education.
Out of the workplace, one of our most successful ventures is detailed below:
We recognize the importance of this issue, and strive to create a lasting impact for the betterment of the lives of many women in Kenya.
As an activewear manufacturer, we know that sports have the power to change lives. We want to expose more children to sports so that they have the opportunity to be healthy and active. In partnership with sir Nick Faldo, we sponsored the Faldo Series Asia, through our brand Uniting Future Legends (UFL), giving young golfers, between the ages of 12 to 21, the opportunity to be coached and play the game like a pro. Nick Faldo started the Faldo Series league so young athletes have a chance to compete and grow their skills. Alpine Creations contributed in cash and gave golf gear to all the players in the Asian Grand Series from 2010-2013. More than 7,000 young talented golfers benefit from the program each year through a unique combination of tournament experience and expert advice. We look forward to seeing the future golf champions from the Faldo Series.
